Getting Started

Follow these careful steps to safely unbox your Twisted Flames:

• Handle with care: Lift the Twisted Flames gently by the base out of the box and place it upright (glass side up) on a flat surface.
• Remove packaging: Carefully unwrap the packaging material, checking for any residue on the glass or case, as it may be flammable. If cardboard is rolled up in the bottom from shipment, please remove this as well.
• Cleaning: If needed, use a clean cloth or paper towel to gently wipe the glass before proceeding. Some customers find that lightly wetting a paper towel with water and wiping down the glass works best.

Prepare the fuel canister: Remove the label from the canister by peeling the instructions on the can. Ensure the paper is fully removed.

• Open the fuel canister: Remove the top and set it aside away from Twisted Flames.
• Ignite the fuel: Using a long-handle lighter, light the fuel.
• Position Twisted Flames: Pick up the Twisted Flames by the black case (glass side up) and place it directly over the lit fuel canister.

⚠️ Important: Do not touch the glass once the fuel is lit, as it will become extremely hot.

If you own a snuffer (one is not included with this product):

• Pull the Twisted Flames straight up by the black case and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
• Lower the snuffer carefully over the flame's opening to cut off the oxygen supply.
• Wait for the flame to extinguish completely.

Alternative method if you do not own a snuffer: If no snuffer is available, use the fuel canister's top to cover it, being careful not to touch the flame.

• Wait for it to completely cool-down: Only clean the Twisted Flames after it has completely cooled down.
• Wipe gently: Use a slightly damp cloth to gently clean the inside of the glass, especially near the top where soot may collect. 
• Stabilize: Ensure you hold the Twisted Flames firmly while cleaning to avoid tipping.
