Twisted Flames uses spill-resistant and clean-burning gel fuel and is compatible with all standard suppliers. Fuel costs approximately $2 per hour as compared to
$5-10 for wood fire. For best results, we recommend Echo Flame Fuel. 

Yes, the display is designed for indoor use, but it’s important to ensure proper ventilation and follow safety instructions to avoid any hazards.

Always place the Twisted Flames on a stable, fireproof surface, away from flammable materials, and ensure it's at least three feet away from walls and furniture

Wait until the device is completely cool before refueling. Do not refuel while the fire is burning, and always use the recommended fuel

Remove the fuel canister top, light the fuel using a long-handle lighter, and place the the display (held by the black base) over the lit canister

Use a snuffer to cover the flame and cut off oxygen, or place the fuel canister's top carefully over the flame. Allow it to cool before handling​.

No, the glass becomes extremely hot when the fuel is lit. Wait for it to cool completely before touching

It burns for approximately 3 hours per fuel canister​

Ensure the fire display is placed on a level surface. Uneven burning can also result from inconsistent fuel levels or blocked airflow, so check the fuel and clear any obstructions​

Twisted Flames is primarily decorative but can offer warmth for a small area around it. It is not intended to be a primary heat source​

No, Twisted Flames is not designed for cooking or heating food​
